Couples Negril in Jamaica is one of four Couples resorts on the island, this one set amid coconut trees on a secluded stretch of white-sand beach, part of which is available to those daring to sun bathe in the nude. There is a central cluster of restaurants, grills and bars and the resort’s overall eclectic style features vibrant fabric designs and tropical colors in rooms, with paintings and sculptures by Jamaican artists decorating the restaurants and lobby. All 234 rooms and suites have private verandahs and balconies furnished with tables and chairs.

The Cassava Terrace serves open-air breakfast, lunch and dinner while the Beach Grill is open for lunch serving casual fare. Private dining on the beach is also offered, at extra cost. Guests in garden or beachfront suites have a special in-room dining menu for dinner, that must be ordered a day in advance.
Special nights include Friday chocolate sunset and Tuesday wine-and-cheese cocktail parties.
There are also four bars here, including a swim-up bar and piano bar, the latter offering live entertainment five nights a week with the other two nights, the bar turning into a nightclub with dancing.

There are two swimming pools here and four Jacuzzis, a private beach for nude sunbathing, all water sports, a lighted tennis court with lessons included, unlimited golf (transfers and green fees included, mandatory caddies extra), classes in spinning, aerobics, yoga, meditation and pilates, a fitness center, catamaran cruise, shopping excursions and shuttle to Jimmy Buffett’s “Margaritaville.”
