St. Barths is known for its luxury villas catering to privacy-conscious celebrities, and Le Toiny is about the closest you can get to that experience while still enjoying the amenities of a five-star boutique hotel. The cliffside location of this 38-acre hotel is spectacular, and the views are a constant companion whether you are dining at this Relais & Chateaux resort's fine restaurant or lounging beside the pool in your private villa.

Activities and Amenities at Le Toiny:
The pool and beach are the main attractions, but Le Toiny also has a mile-long hiking path, fitness center, and nearby tennis courts. The Sanctuary at Le Toiny, scheduled to open in fall 2008, will feature indoor and outdoor massages and spa services with Ligne St. Barths products.
Dining at Le Toiny:
Le Toiny's Gaiac restaurant is located poolside and considered one of the best restaurants in St. Barths, no small claim on an island known for its fine upscale dining. Expect artfully presented fine French cuisine and excellent wines delivered by an attentive and professional staff. Dining here has its price but Gaiac is a great choice when you're celebrating a special occasion or just want to dress up for a true gourmet experience.
More Information on St. Barths:
The Caribbean is full of exclusive resorts; St. Barths is one of the few exclusive islands. Those who can afford to stay here enjoy a low-key European sophistication, where the person next to you at the topless beach, waterfront bistro, or fine French restaurant could easily be a famous rock star or movie magnate.
