The former Four Seasons Resort Great Exuma was rebranded in early 2010 and is now the Sandals Grande Emerald Bay. It is the first Sandals to offer a Greg Norman-designed golf course, world-class marina, and professionally trained butlers in all its 245 beachfront rooms, suites and villas. The resort has seven restaurants and is set on 500 tropical acres on a mile-long beach on Great Exuma, the largest of 360 islands comprising the Exuma region of the Bahamas. It also has the first-ever 29,000-square-foot Red Lane Dermalogica concept spa (treatments extra).

There are 245 beachfront rooms, suites and villas at this resort, all offering service by butlers trained by the elite, London-based Guild of Professional English Butlers; their duties include packing and unpacking guest luggage, drawing baths, serving private meals on room terraces, and more. All suites offer fully stocked in-suite bars, his and her plush robes and slippers and 24-hour room service.
