Top Cultural Events, Festivals and Concerts in the USVI

Each of the three main U.S. Virgin Islands -- St. Thomas, St. Croix, and St. John -- host unique cultural events each year: here are some of the best.

Paradise Jam

Each November, eight NCAA Division I men's and women's basketball teams meet in St. Thomas for the annual Paradise Jam, a week-long tournament at the University of the Virgin Islands that represents a competitive early-season tuneup for some of the nation's top collegiate teams.

Valentine's Day

If you want to share the Valentine's Day love with others, St. Croix's annual Valentine's Day Jump Up is a street party, parade, shopping extravaganza and concert all wrapped up in one.

St. John Blues Festival

U.S. blues artists flock to the Coral Bay Ball Field on St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands for the annual St. John Blues Festival, sponsored by local musician Steve Simon.

St. Thomas International Rolex Regatta

Bluebloods and others with seawater in their veins will be in St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands in March for the annual St. Thomas International Rolex Regatta, one of the world's best competitive yacht races. Based at the St. Thomas Yacht Club, with major social events at the Ritz-Carlton St. Thomas.

A Taste of St. Croix

The U.S. Virgin Islands' top food event is a one-day celebration of the Caribbean's varied cuisine and wide range of culinary influences, from Cajun and Creole to French and Italian. This fundraiser for the St. Croix Foundation is hosted by the Divi Carina Bay Resort.
