The restaurants and bars are Horizons, the resort’s main eatery with buffet breakfast, full lunch buffet or a la carte and a la carte dinner; Enid’s, with Bajan (Barbados) cuisine, dinner only; The Reef, for buffet breakfast and lunch, and seafood fare for dinner; La Samarrita, serving Northern Italian cuisine, open to guests 16 and older; and Boardwalk Bar and Grill for casual lunch at the beach front.
All-Inclusive Almond Beach Village Activities
Staying cool is easy in the resort’s 10 freshwater swimming pools, and water sports include Hobie Cat sailing, snorkeling, wind surfing, aqua cycles, kayaks and fishing. As part of the all-inclusive package, the children’s program here has been designed to provide educational fun to kids, from newborn to teens. A full-service nursery provides indoor and outdoor recreation for kids up to two, and the resort’s Kids’ club has activities for those ages three to 12, including beach and pool activities, lessons in local dance, culture and music, plus computers and video games. Babysitting is also available for an additional charge.
