NO HOT WATER ALL WEEK, Member scg103

To show you how excited we are to be here, we are currently at the ""Club and Spa."" Don't come here unless you are planning on camping. We have no hot water and have ""made the best of things."" The island is beautiful, the little we have seen. Service is lack luster at best, food is mediocre. No beach, and THE ALMOND BEACH CLUB IS THE SAME AS ALMOND BEACH CLUB AND SPA. The staff is more concerned with talking to co staff than to patrons lined up for help and we've been to the front desk - a small, hot, open room with one staff member to make reservations or help guests - numerous times for issues. Hating it and trying to figure a way out of our prepaid reservation - ugh. All we wanted was a relaxing honeymoon.
