The Divi Aruba has 203 rooms, four restaurants, three pools and shared use of the facilities at the adjacent Divi Tamarijn, another all-inclusive resort. The resort is great for families, offering a children’s camp and allowing two children up to age 17 to stay, play and eat free, when sharing a room with two adults. The resort’s Divi Winds Sports Center has a 30-foot rock-climbing wall, and (not part of the all-inclusive packages) the Alhambra Casino and nine-hole golf course, Links at Divi Aruba.

There are 203 air-conditioned rooms housed in one-, two-,and three-story buildings, each with spacious patio or balcony with ocean or garden views. Rooms feature satellite flat-screen TV, phone, two queen beds or one king, private bath/shower, mini-fridge, and cribs available upon request. Extra charge for in-room safe and Internet.

The Divi Aruba has three restaurants and two bars, but guests may avail themselves of the five restaurants and four bars at the neighboring Divi Tamarijn as well.

Divi Aruba restaurants and bars are: the Red Parrot Restaurant, featuring fine dining on an oceanfront terrace or indoor, air-conditioned setting; Pelican Terrace, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner, with both indoor and outdoor seating; Coco Grill and Bar, with made-to-order brick-oven pizza and grilled sandwiches; Oceanfront Sandpiper Bar, a watering hole also serving pasta, burgers, grilled sandwiches and hot dogs; and Pelican Oceanfront Bar, with nightly entertainment and weekly theme nights.

All-Inclusive Divi Aruba Activities

Whether you choose to spend your day at one of the resort’s three freshwater pools or taking a windsurfing lesson, it’s all included. Water sports offered include snorkeling equipment, a snorkel clinic and tour, sunfish sailing, floats, kayaks, beginner’s windsurfing gear and clinic. Other activities included are lighted tennis courts, beach volleyball, beach Olympics, bikes and bike tour, casino games master class, arts and crafts, dance lessons, beach soccer, billiards, board games, darts, basketball and Papiamento lessons.

Use of the Divi Winds Sports Center includes a fitness center with latest strength and cardiovascular equipment and a 30-foot outdoor rock-climbing wall on the beach.

Optional activities, at extra course, are the Links and Diva Aruba, spa treatments, dive packages, motorized water sports and the Alhambra Casino.

Nightly activities include salsa dance classes, Caribbean nights, mystic show with fire eating, jam sessions with live band and jazz nights. Theme nights include Latin dance shows, carnival shows, Mexican dance shows, water ballet shows, limbo, karaoke, live music and other events.

The resort also features movie nights on the beach and a weekly marketplace where locally produced arts and crafts are sold.

The resort also gives each guest a Funbook with coupons for the casino.
