The Hotel Caravelle in St. Croix, USVI is offering 28 percent off its room rates -- not 25 percent, not 30 percent, but 28 percent. It's tax season, of course, and whether you're in the 28-percent bracket or not, it's a pretty good deal. Superior rooms that normally start at $150 per night, for example, are now $108 nightly. To get the discount, just like the hotel's Facebook page and request that the discount be applied to your reservation. The offer is good on stays of four nights or longer between April 10 and April 30.
