The Barceló Bávaro Beach Resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, has recently completed a $330 million renovation and is offering travelers up to $3,000 in added-value resort credit on vacations now through December 2013.
Credits may be used for a variety of resort amenities including the resort's own 16-store shopping complex, Casino Bávaro, the redesigned 18-hole golf course, or Bávaro's own U Spa. Credits may also be used for certain off-site excursions including trips to bustling Santa Domingo or treks into Punta Cana's jungles. Additionally, credits can be used towards room upgrades as well as high-speed internet access and laundry services.
The value of the resort credit is based on the length of reservation. Guests will receive the following credit depending on the duration of their stay:
- Up to four nights - $1,200 resort credit
- From five to 11 nights - $2,000 resort credit
- Twelve or more nights - $3,000 resort credit
