The Montpelier Plantation & Beach, a Relais & Chateaux hotel in Nevis, officially reopened on Oct. 8, 2012 after a summer of serious renovation. The resort is now offering a $500 credit to guests who book by Jan. 1, 2013, usable at onsite dining locations as well as for other resort amenities.
With its reopening, Montpelier introduces a new culinary experience with the renovation of Indigo, their poolside bar and restaurant. Along with an expanded selection of rums and local fruit extracts at the bar, Indigo will also feature a new menu with simple dining options, both night and day, for the casual diner. With Caribbean hospitality and history in mind, Indigo is a chic dining location that offers food and spirits in an island atmosphere.
Guests may also enjoy staying at one of 19 contemporary plantation-style guestrooms, or one of two guests homes. Hotel amenities include an hand-laid 60-foot mosaic-tiled pool, tennis courts, and a two-acre private beach area. Other dining locations include the Four Diamond Restaurant 750 restaurant and the Mill Privée, set in the plantation's original 18th century sugar mill.
Located on 30 acres of private land and family-owned and operated, The Montpelier Plantation & Beach offers both seclusion and comfort.
