Hurricane Danielle has lost some steam and is once again only at tropical-storm strength, with maximum winds of 70 mph. However, the National Hurricane Center expects the storm to regain some of its oompf and become a hurricane again in the next two days. The storm remains more than 800 miles from the eastern Caribbean, and is expected to head towards the northwest, possibly affecting Bermuda this weekend.
Another storm system has also formed in the far eastern Atlantic, and experts say it has a 90 percent chance of developing into a tropical depression. More updates tomorrow.
