The weeklong program will be held at the island's main theater in the Paseo Herencia shopping center and at the Renaissance Market Place, and promises a mix of short movies, documentaries, and full-length features with accompanying discussion.
The Aruba International Film Festival is also teaming up with Arikok National Park Foundation to raise awareness island conservation awareness, sponsor an Earth Day event, and support reforesting efforts, in addition to working with local merchants and restaurants to recycle and use recycled materials during the week of the festival.
