Puerto Rico Rainforest a 'New 7 Wonders' Finalist

The El Yunque rainforest in Puerto Rico has been named one the 28 finalists in the New 7 Wonders of Nature project, voted on by millions of people worldwide. El Yunque is the only natural treasure in the Caribbean on the semifinalist list, although a number of other attractions in the region were nominated. The winners will be announced in 2011.
