New "Recession Concession" rates at the Holiday Inn Resort Aruba are half-off the regular all-inclusive rates and start at $99 per person per night. The discount is good on stays through Dec. 17 in all but Lanai rooms and suites.
The 600-room hotel is located on Palm Beach and features the Excelsior casino, a spa, fitness center, shopping, a kids' club, three restaurants and other amenities.
