(1) Walt Whitman says:

Very nice hotel, and staff is very accomodating except for the staff at the hotel beach. The beach manager [name witheld] is an arrogant jerk for whom the notion of “hospitality” is a complete non-concept. Our promised “set-up” was never done (chairs and a towel — is this too hard? too much?) and, when we asked for it, the manager sent disgruntled staff with shovels trudging along the beach ahead of us to ensure maximum humiliation as they attempted to stake out some remote corner.

If you go to the beach, ask that you NOT be taken care of by the beach manager). Did we miss a payoff here somewhere??
