The National Hurricane Center has issued a tropical storm warning for Bermuda as Tropical Storm Kyle's winds strengthened to 60 mph and the storm moved to about 400 miles from the island.

The storm is moving north-northwest at about 12 mph, and its current projected path would take Kyle to the west of Bermuda and up the East Coast of the U.S. Forecasters expect the forward speed of the storm to increase and say Kyle could become a hurricane by Saturday night.
