Ike Again a Category 4 Hurricane, Bears Down on Turks & Caicos

Hurricane Ike has regained Category 4 strength and is bearing down on the Turks & Caicos islands with maximum sustained winds of 135 mph. As of 8 pm Saturday the storm was 60 miles east of Grand Turk and expected to hit tonight or early Sunday. Storm warnings and watches have been posted from the Bahamas to Cuba. The Florida Kays also are being evacuated of visitors ahead of the storm.
