Sheraton Cable Beach Grand Opening

The Sheraton Cable Beach Resort -- part of the huge Baha Mar redevelopment project in Nassau, Bahamas -- celebrated its official grand opening in January (the resort had its "soft opening" in June 2007). The 694-room hotel features a "beach chic" design, and all rooms have either patios or balconies. flat-screen LCD TVs, high-speed Internet access, and Sheraton Sweet Sleeper beds.

Restaurants include Amici A Trattoria, Bimini Market, and Dolphin Grill, and the Sheraton shares a host of amenities with other Baha Mar resorts, including the Crystal Palace Casino, 25,000 square feet of meeting space, tennis courts, and more.
