Here's how the Puerto Rico NOW promotion works: book a stay by Jan. 21 for a stay between now and April 30 and you'll receive a $250 food and beverage credit, which will come off your bill when you check out (obviously, the only catch is you have to spend that much on food and drinks at your hotel in order to get the rebate).
