Holloway Case Peters Out without Convictions, Evidence

Wednesday December 12, 2007
A week or so ago, it looked like Aruban officials might be on the verge of a breakthrough in the Natalee Holloway case when they detained some key suspects in the American teen's disappearance. Now, it seems like that may have been a last-ditch attempt to wrangle a confession out of Joran van der Sloot, Deepak Kalpoe, or Satish Kalpoe, who were some of the last people to see Holloway alive.

The detentions failed to produce a break in the case, however, and now the Associated Press is reporting that Aruba's chief prosecutor says he may soon close the case unless new evidence comes to light.

Holloway disappeared while on a class trip to Aruba in 2005, and while there has been widespread speculation that foul play was involved and that Holloway is dead, no body has ever been found, and no one has ever been charged in connection with the case.

"We have a strong conviction that something happened that night, and that it was a very serious thing," prosecutor Hans Mos told AP. "The question is whether we are able to prove it ... It's very hard to try a case without a body. It's not impossible, but you need substantial evidence that somebody was killed."

Charge and convict all 3 boys with gros neglegence resulting in the disappearance of Natalee. Then tell Satish (I think he knows something and may not have been involved.) that he would be released if he tells where he believes she ended up. I bet he will sing like a bird rather than spend a year or so in jail. The only way he won’t sing is if he knows his brother is involved in a murder. Why were they washing their car in the middle of that night? The neighbor saw the car being washed!!

Let the boys go on with their lives. There is no proof they wronged and the liklihood of them causing injury in future instances is non existant

As a seer, a male witness has already told the authorities what he saw and where Natalee’s body can be found.
If her body hasn’t washed out towards the ocean floor. Natalee’s remains can be found at the bottom of the landfill site in Aruba. It appears there is a way to get down there on foot but searchers will need lights and dogs.

I still think these three were involved
but unfortunately I doubt natalee will ever receive justice. They are the ones who have to live with their own conscience the rest of lives and will receive their deserved justice one day
Bless natalees parents.I wish they could get the justice and closure they
deserve.I hope they keep looking and find her remains so they can at least
bury her close to them.shoddy police work from the beginning!!
