Marriott Opens Vacation Club on St. Kitts

Timeshare owners now have another Caribbean resort to visit or trade: Marriott Vacation Club International has just opened the St. Kitts Beach Club with 22 two- and three-bedroom villas adjacent to the St. Kitts Marriott Resort & Royal Beach Casino.

The new Vacation Club will eventually have 88 units, each currently selling for $17,500 and up per deeded week. Units are located in three, three-story Garden Houses and run 1,400-2,089 square feet, and have full kitchens, living and dining areas, flat-panel TVs, DVDs, and high-speed Internet access. Resort amenities include a fitness center and spa as well as shared amenities at the main Marriott resort.
