Wyclef Jean, Shaggy to Headline Creole Music Fest on Dominica

Grammy winners Wyclef Jean and Shaggy are among the headliners at the 10th Annual World Creole Music Festival, which will take place Oct. 27-29 in Dominica. The festival, which happens at Pottersville Savannah in the capital of Roseau, also will have performances from "Bouyon" music founders (and Dominica natives) WCK; other local acts will include Triple Kay and Swinging Stars.
Appearing from elsewhere in the Caribbean will be T-Vice, Tabu Combo and Carimi from Haiti, Royalty Band from the U.S., Admiral T and Zouk Flam from Guadeloupe, and Byron "The Admiral" Lee from Jamaica.
