Two Major New All-Inclusive Resorts to Open in Caribbean

Wednesday August 30, 2006
Two of the biggest names in the Caribbean hospitality business -- Couples and Divi -- have announced plans for new all-inclusive resorts.

Couples Resorts says it will build a 370-room all-inclusive property in the parish of Trelawny, Jamaica, part of the forthcoming Harmony Cove luxury resort development. When it opens in 2008, the Trelawny resort will become the fifth Couples resort in Jamaica.

Divi Resorts, which operates nine resorts on six Caribbean islands, also will open a new property in 2008: a 275-room beachfront resort in Bonaire. The four-story hotel will feature a large beach, dive center, fitness center, rock-climbing wall, infinity pool, spa, restaurants, casino, and shops.

Divi already operates the Divi Flamingo Beach Resort & Casino on Bonaire, but the new resort will be the island's first all-inclusive.

Those are but captivating resorts. They look really very beautiful and very tempting. Thus, they have so many amenities we can enjoy with while we are there. I love it!
