Funjet Offers Hurricane Peace of Mind for $20

Hurricanes seem to be on everyone's mind this year: islands like Curacao are advertising as being "outside the hurricane zone," and now Funjet Vacations is offering hurricane travel insurance to Caribbean travelers for $19.99.

The new hurricane add-on to Funjet's $69.99 "Fun for Sure" program allows customers to cancel their trip with no questions asked; it also provides for credit if a Category 1 or stronger hurricane displaces travelers from their hotel rooms during a trip. As an introductory offer, the hurricane insurance is being offered free with the Fun for Sure program for customers who book travel between July 1 and Oct. 31.
